What I can do for you

Improving existing digital products

Products' growth plateaued? Competitors are growing faster? Customer satisfaction is decreasing? Churn increases? Conversion & retention dropped down?

How do I solve those? I get to the bottom of the situation, and using tried & tested process I design new ways of delighing your customers and improving revenue or other important metrics for your business.

Designing early-stage digital products

Not sure if your product REALLY fullfill the needs of your customers? Got stuck in early development? Want to avoid costly mistakes before getting traction?

How do I solve those? I help discover functionalities that are essential from your customers' stand point and facilitate customer-centric process of building digital product that enables avoiding costly mistakes later on.

Digital product consulting (UX/UI)

Want to bring design expert to the team without hiring in-house? Want to consult your product, tactics or features ideas with a UX designer?

How do I solve those? I step into your product development cycle, your product, features and conversion & acquisition tactics to make sure that they are focused on your customers' world, challenges, pain points, wants and needs.

Going extra mile. Everytime.

Throughout the experiences with startups, B2C product-service hybrids and software development I noticed that improving the product itself is never enough to REALLY improve user and customer experience.

That's why I ALWAYS look beyond the product and try to find suboptimal experiences in the customer journey than can improve growth & revenue even more.
